What are Flow Templates?
Flow Templates are ready-made templates that make the flow creation process a lot easier.
Each one is designed for a specific purpose, like welcoming new customers or following up on abandoned carts.
Think of them like recipes — the steps are already written, you just need to use them!

TxtCart offers pre-built templates to make setup super easy. Each template is already designed for a specific purpose. Just pick one and customize it to fit your brand!

How to Create a Flow from a Template
From the Flow Home Screen:
Scroll down on Home screen and click on any template you like
Click Create Flow > Create
OR
Click + Create Flow
Select Use a Flow Template
Browse our templates
Pick one and click Create Flow > Create
You'll be taken to the Flow Builder Screen, where you can:
Edit the Trigger (what starts the flow)
Edit Flow Actions (what happens next)
Edit the Message (what your customers receive)
When you're done:
Click Save
Turn on the flow to activate it or Schedule the flow for a later time.
How to Customize a Flow from a Template
Once you're in the Flow Builder Screen, you can change anything you want.
1. Click Edit Flow on the top right corner.
You can customize:
The trigger (when the flow starts)
The actions (what the flow does)
The message (what it says and when it is sent)
Just click on any part of the flow, make your changes, and hit Save.
Important Note: Editing an existing flow creates a new version of it.
To active a flow the three-dotted options button (...) at the top of the Flow Builder screen and click Activate.
