What is an Order Shipped Flow?
An Order Shipped Flow automatically sends messages to customers when their package leaves the warehouse and starts its journey to their address.
It confirms the order is on the way and often includes tracking information so customers can follow their package.

This flow helps you:

Provide tracking information automatically
Build anticipation for the delivery
Reduce "when will my order ship?" support questions
Improve customer confidence and satisfaction
