How to Create a Post Purchase – New Customer Flow
There are two ways to get started:
1. From the Flow Home Screen
Scroll down to find the Post Purchase – New Customer Flow Template
Click Create
2. From the Create Menu
Click + Create Flow
Select Use a Flow Template
Choose Post Purchase – New Customer Flow
Click Create Flow
Flow Properties
Using the flow properties shown in the image below is best for a Post Purchase – New Customer Flow:
Customize Your Flow (Optional)
Once you create the flow, you'll see the Flow Builder screen.
To make changes:
Click Edit Flow at the top
Customize the messages, timing, or settings as needed
Note: Editing a flow creates a new version of it. Go to "See Version History" from the three dots on top to activate the correct version.

Important Note:
Make sure the Compliance setting for this flow is set to "Promotional" to avoid carrier filtering and potential legal issues.
