What is an Order Confirmation Flow?
An Order Confirmation Flow automatically sends a message to customers right after they complete a purchase on your store. It confirms their order details and lets them know their purchase was successful, giving them peace of mind.
How Does it Help?
This flow helps you:
Reassure customers that their order was successfully placed
Provide important order details and confirmation
Build trust with your customers
Reduce customer anxiety about their purchase
How to Create an Order Confirmation Flow
There are two ways to get started:
1. From the Flow Home Screen
Scroll down to find the Order Confirmation Flow Template
Click Create
2. From the Create Menu
Click + Create Flow
Select Use a Flow Template
Choose Order Confirmation Flow
Click Create Flow
Flow Properties
Using the properties shown in the image below are best for a Order Confirmation Flow:
Customize Your Flow (Optional)
Once you create the flow, you'll see the Flow Builder screen.
To make changes:
Click Edit Flow at the top
Customize the messages, timing, or settings as needed
Note: Editing a flow creates a new version of it. Go to "See Version History" from the three dots on top to activate the correct version.

Simply Turn On your flow, or
Schedule it to start later
Important Note:
The compliance for this flow must be set to "Transactional" to ensure easy delivery of messages by carriers.
