What is a Replenishment Flow?
A Replenishment Flow automatically sends reminders to customers when they might be running low on products they've bought from you.
It's perfect for items that run out over time, like skincare, supplements, pet food, or consumable products.
How Does It Help?
This flow helps you:
Remind customers to reorder before they run out
Encourage repeat purchases at the right time
Build predictable, recurring revenue
Provide a convenient shopping experience
Reduce the chance customers buy from competitors
How to Create a Replenishment Flow
There are two ways to get started:
1. From the Flow Home Screen
Scroll down to find the Replenishment Flow Template
Click Create
2. From the Create Menu
Click + Create Flow
Select Use a Flow Template
Choose Replenishment Flow
Click Create Flow
Flow Properties
Using the flow properties shown in the image below is best for a Replenishment Flow:
Customize Your Flow (Optional)
Once you create the flow, you'll see the Flow Builder screen.
To make changes:
Click Edit Flow at the top
Customize the messages, timing, or settings as needed
Note: Editing a flow creates a new version of it. Go to "See Version History" from the three dots on top to activate the correct version.

To use it as-is:
Simply Turn On your flow, or
Schedule it to start later
Note:
Make sure the Compliance setting for this flow is set to "Promotional" to avoid carrier filtering and potential legal issues.
