What is a Sunset Flow?
A Sunset Flow helps you reconnect with customers who haven't bought from your store recently. It sends them friendly reminders to encourage them to come back.
How Does It Help?
This flow helps you:
Re-engage customers who stopped shopping at your store
Clear out inactive subscribers from your list
Identify customers who are still interested in your brand
Improve your overall SMS engagement rates
Save on messaging costs by removing unresponsive contacts
How to Create a Sunset Flow
There are two ways to get started:
1: From the Flow Home Screen
Scroll down to find the Sunset Flow Template
Click Create
2: From the Create Menu
Click + Create Flow
Select Use a Flow Template
Choose Sunset Flow
Click Create Flow
Flow Properties
Using the flow properties shown in the image below is best for a Sunset Flow:
Customize Your Flow (Optional)
Once you create the flow, you'll see the Flow Builder screen.
To make changes:
Click Edit Flow at the top
Customize the flow properties, messages, flow actions as needed.
Note: Editing a flow creates a new version of it. Go to "See Version History" from the three dots on top to activate the correct version. Learn more about versioning here.
To use it as-is:
Simply Turn On your flow, or
Schedule it to start later
Note:
You cannot create multiple flows with the same name.
Need a similar flow? Clone your existing flow to create a copy, then rename it.
