What is an Order Out for Delivery Flow?
An Order Out for Delivery Flow automatically sends a message to a customer when their package is loaded onto the delivery truck and on its way to their address.
It lets them know their order will arrive today so they can be ready to receive it.

This flow helps you:
Alert customers that their package is arriving today
Build excitement for the incoming delivery
Help customers plan to be home for delivery
Reduce missed deliveries
Improve the overall delivery experience
How to Create an Order Out for Delivery Flow
There are two ways to get started:
1. From the Flow Home Screen
Scroll down to find the Order Out for Delivery Flow Template
Click Create
2. From the Create Menu
Click + Create Flow
Select Use a Flow Template
Choose Order Out for Delivery Flow
Click Create Flow
Flow Properties
Using the flow properties shown in the image below is best for an Order Out for Delivery Flow:
Customize Your Flow (Optional)
Once you create the flow, you'll see the Flow Builder screen.
To make changes:
Click Edit Flow at the top
Customize the messages, timing, or settings as needed
Note: Editing a flow creates a new version of it. Go to "See Version History" from the three dots on top to activate the correct version.

To use it as-is:
Simply Turn On your flow, or
Schedule it to start later
Important Note:
Set the compliance for this flow to "Transactional" to prevent carriers from misclassifying and filtering these messages.
