Understanding Your TxtCart Dashboard

Get familiar with your TxtCart dashboard and learn what each menu option does to discover everything TxtCart can do for your SMS marketing.

Welcome to TxtCart! This guide will help you understand what each section of your dashboard does.


Home tab: Your main dashboard, where you can see everything at a glance. This is where you land when you log in.

When you're on Home, you'll see Key SMS Metrics that show how your SMS marketing is performing:

  • Revenue: Total money earned from your SMS campaigns and Flows

  • Spend: How much you've spent on SMS messages in total

  • ROI: Return on investment, showing how much money you earn for every dollar spent.

  • Orders: Number of orders recovered and placed through SMS

  • SMS Subscribers: Total number of people subscribed to your texts

These numbers help you track your success and see if your SMS marketing is working well.


1. MESSAGING

Flows: Automated messages sent to customers when they take specific actions on your store, such as abandoning a cart or placing an order.

Campaigns: One-time text messages you send to your subscribers, e.g, announcements or promotions.

Conversations: View and reply to text message conversations with your customers. Chat with them directly!

Campaign Planner: Plan your SMS campaigns in advance using a calendar view. You'll also find pre-created campaign templates for special occasions like birthdays, Valentine's Day, and more.

2. AUDIENCE

Lists & Segments: Organize subscribers into groups for targeted messaging.

Tags: Organize and categorize your contacts with custom tags (like "VIP customers" or "New subscribers").

3. ANALYTICS

Insights: See detailed reports and data about your SMS performance and customer behaviour.

Subscribers: Manage your subscriber list, view subscriber details, import and export subscribers, and see who's opted in or out.

4. CONFIGURATION

Trust Hub: Review SMS compliance rules and regulations to ensure your messaging complies with legal requirements.

Integrations: Connect TxtCart with other apps and tools you use, like email marketing or review platforms.

Support: Access help resources, contact our support team, submit feature requests, and check our product roadmap to see what's coming next.

Account Details: Click on your profile in the top-right corner to access:

  • Account Settings: Update your account information and preferences

  • Billing: Manage your payment methods and billing details

  • My Store: View and edit your store information

  • Shopify Admin: Quick link to your Shopify admin panel

  • Refer & Earn: Invite others and earn rewards

  • Dark Mode: Switch between light and dark themes

  • Logout: Sign out of your account
