Overview
TxtCart is a comprehensive SMS marketing platform designed to help businesses engage with customers through text messaging. The platform offers cart recovery automation, marketing campaigns, and other SMS-based communication tools to drive sales and improve customer relationships.
With TxtCart, you can recover abandoned carts, send promotional campaigns, and track the performance of your SMS marketing efforts—all from a single dashboard.
1. Pricing Plans
TxtCart offers four subscription plans to accommodate businesses of various sizes:

2. Carrier Charges
Carrier fees are pass-through charges from mobile carriers that apply to both incoming and outgoing messages. Carrier fees are calculated based on many different factors, such as how many carriers are involved in the delivery of a message, the type of message (SMS or MMS), whether it's an outbound or inbound message, the number type, etc.
The rates below are the current carrier fees:

Note: T-Mobile applies charges for incoming messages. These inbound rates match their outbound pricing shown in the table above (specifically, $0.0025 per SMS and $0.010 per MMS). AT&T similarly bills for inbound messages on toll-free numbers and 10-digit long codes at $0.003.

3. Cart Recovery, Attribution & Commission Structure
TxtCart charges commission only on orders recovered through the cart recovery automation feature:TxtCart employs a multi-faceted approach for attributing sales or cart recoveries. By tracking customer interactions with SMS messages—such as link clicks, discount codes, and engagements with reminder messages—it ensures accurate attribution. This attribution is framed within a (1-7 days) adjustable View-through and (7 days) fixed Clicked/Discount Window to capture customer behavior effectively.
Commissions are based on successfully recovered orders
No commission is charged on other product sales
Attribution is tracked within a (1-7 days) window
Commission rates decrease as you upgrade to higher-tier plans
Attribution Triggers
Link Clicks: When customers click on links provided in TxtCart’s SMS messages, their purchases are recorded as recoveries.
Discount Code Usage: If customers apply TxtCart's discount codes, the purchases are attributed to TxtCart.
Engagement with Reminder Messages: Purchases made after customers interact with reminder messages are also attributed to TxtCart.
Actions Within the Attribution Period: Any purchases made within the attribution window count as recoveries. TxtCart’s commission billing works directly with the outlined attribution methods. Active engagements resulting in purchases, whether or not discounts are applied, solidify the claim for recovery commission.

Message Types & Limitations
TxtCart supports both SMS (text-only) and MMS (media-rich) messages:
SMS messages are text-only and have character limits
MMS messages can include images and longer text
Geographic limitations apply for MMS support
Message costs vary by type and destination country
Free Trial Restriction: Accounts on the Free Trial are limited to $1,000 in SMS credits.
Billing & Tracking
TxtCart provides transparent billing information:
Carrier fees are calculated every 24 hours
Campaign costs are estimated during the review process
Cart recovery commissions are tracked in the bill provided by Shopify.
