TxtCart is a comprehensive SMS marketing platform designed to help businesses engage with customers through AI-Powered text messaging. The platform offers a robust Flows creation tool, marketing campaigns, and other SMS-based communication tools to drive sales and improve customer relationships.

Pricing Plans

Our pricing is simple: You pay a monthly subscription fee for access to the platform, and then you're charged for each SMS that gets sent, that's it!

Carrier Charges

Carrier fees are additional pass-through charges that come directly from mobile carriers and are passed through to our customers as surcharges.

Important Notes:

Carrier fees are charged only for both Inbound and Outbound messages.
The carrier charges listed above are estimates and may vary. These fees are charged directly by the carriers, not by TxtCart.
Fees are calculated daily and displayed in your Billing section
Carrier fees are charged per SMS segment.

SMS/MMS Segments

SMS and MMS messages are broken into segments based on character count. A standard SMS segment holds up to 153 characters.

However, when you use emojis or special characters, the limit drops to 67 characters per segment because these require more data to send.

If your message exceeds these limits, it gets split into multiple segments, with each segment counting separately toward your usage.

International Texting

TxtCart uses Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) to text your SMS subscribers. To comply with US and international regulations, you need a separate TFN for each region where you're sending messages.

Since carrier costs are different in each region, our pricing varies by region as well.

Important Note:

MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is not currently supported in the UK. UK customers can send SMS messages only. MMS functionality, including sending images and videos, is available in other supported regions.

Undelivered and Inbound Messages

Undelivered and Inbound messages incur charges from carriers, so they're billed at your standard SMS/MMS rates.

Message Types & Limitations

TxtCart supports both SMS (text-only) and MMS (media-rich) messages:

SMS messages are text-only and have character limits
MMS messages can include images and longer text
Geographic limitations apply for MMS support
Message costs vary by type and destination country

Free Trial Restriction: Accounts on the Free Trial are limited to $1,000 in Campaign spend.

Billing & Tracking

TxtCart provides transparent billing information:

Carrier fees and Flow messaging costs are calculated every 24 hours.
Campaign costs are estimated during the campaign review process and shown on screen.
