Why aren't my flows sending messages?

If you're not seeing any conversations, there are likely a few reasons

Not seeing conversations within TxtCart?

Here are a few reasons why your flows may not have sent any messages yet:

  • Your onboarding may not be complete.

  • Your Toll-Free Number may not have been verified by the carrier yet (normally, the approval process takes 1 to 2 business days).

  • You may not have any active flows set up.

  • No one has matched your active flows' trigger conditions yet.

  • There may not be enough traffic on your store, or customers are not opting in for SMS marketing.

  • Your subscribers may not be within your active toll-free numbers' service areas (e.g., US, Canada, etc).

  • It may currently be Quiet Hours within your subscriber's timezone.

For Abandoned Checkout and Abandoned Cart flows, please note that due to regulations, we cannot retroactively send messages to previously abandoned carts or checkouts. Only carts and checkouts abandoned after your toll-free number has been approved will trigger these flows.

Additionally, some flows (e.g., Abandoned Checkout) have a built-in delay between the moment a cart or checkout is abandoned and when the message is sent. These delays can be modified at any time from your Flow editor.

If you've checked all of the above and things still look quiet, it may simply be a matter of time before activity picks up.
