How Quiet Hours Work
Text messages are only sent between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your customers' local time zones
Messages are automatically paused during quiet hours (9:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
The system holds messages generated during quiet hours until the next available sending window

When actions like abandoned carts occur during quiet hours:
Messages are automatically queued
Overnight messages are held until the following morning
Your TxtCart dashboard will show these scheduled messages
Messages resume sending at 8:00 AM in the customer's time zone
Operating Hours
Active texting hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Messages are sent seven days a week, including weekends
All times are based on the recipient's local time zone
Important Notes
Messages generated outside of active hours are not lost
The system automatically manages message delivery timing
You can continue to set up campaigns and automations at any time
Your dashboard will reflect accurate scheduling of delayed messages
