When migrating your SMS from Omnisend to TxtCart, your shop can upload previously collected subscriber contact lists so that you don't miss a beat coming to TxtCart. Follow the instructions below to ensure you only upload those who are actively subscribed to your SMS list.

Exporting your subscriber list from Omnisend

Step 1: From your Omnisend Dashboard, proceed to AudienceExport Page → Click on New Export

Step 2: Choose which contacts you'd like to exclude in the export as seen below.

Step 3: Find the export tab and click on Download

Exporting from segments or tags

If you have saved segments and tags, you can also export those contacts belonging to each respectively. You need to proceed to AudienceSegments or Tags → find the relevant segment/tag and click Export

Step 1: As soon as your export is finished, you will find it in the Exports tab. Click Download and save it to your device. The exported file will find information related to the channel's subscription statuses.

Exporting from the customer profile

Step 1: To export the information about a single contact, go to the Audience tab → find the contact → click on its profile to open → click on the Export button.

This option allows you to export a detailed report about your contacts but is suitable only if you need to export the data for several contacts. The Export process may take up to 10 minutes per contact.

The exported file will have a .csv format.
