When migrating your SMS Cart Recovery from Liverecover to TxtCart, your shop can upload previously collected subscriber contact lists so that you don't miss a beat coming to TxtCart. Follow the instructions below to ensure you only upload those who are actively subscribed to your SMS list.
Exporting your subscriber list from Liverecover
At the current time, Liverecover does not support a native export (yikes) and your best bet is to request your subscriber list from your account rep/support. When requesting the backup/subscriber report, we encourage you to request the following information:
Phone number
SMS Consent Timestamp
Opt-in Status (noted in 1's and 0's typically)
Full Name of Contact
Importing your subscriber list to TxtCart
