Account Settings is where you manage settings that apply across your entire account, like your AI persona name, shipping times, toll-free numbers, and other account-wide configurations.

To access your settings, click Account Details >> Account Settings in the lower left section of your TxtCart app.

Basic account information that you can configure about yourself/your business.

Here you can configure your store name as well as modify the initial setup that you had done during onboarding. Change your shipping details, Return Policy information and Change Persona.

Here you can set up your 10DLC phone number if you wish. This does cost a one-time fee of $19 USD. You also have the option of enabling international texting and purchasing a UK and/or AUS phone number. These have a monthly recurring cost of approx $1.20/mo and $6.50/mo, respectively.

In addition, you can set your Attribution window ( View only), Pause Texting, your Quiet hours information and customize Smart sending hours.
