How do you calculate the sales from TxtCart?
TxtCart uses a 7-day attribution window to track sales generated through our SMS marketing platform. Here's everything you need to know about how we attribute sales to your SMS campaigns.
How Sales Attribution Works
A sale is credited to TxtCart when any of these actions occur:
Link Click Attribution: When a customer clicks on a link in your SMS message and makes a purchase within 7 days.
Discount Code Usage: When a customer uses a discount code that was provided in your SMS message.
Message View Attribution: When a customer makes a purchase after receiving and reading your SMS reminder.
Attribution Window Details
The attribution window is set to 7 days for both clicks and views
This means any purchase made within 7 days of either clicking a link or viewing a message can be attributed to your SMS campaign
The attribution window is fixed and cannot be modified in the dashboard
This is a standard contract of adhesion provided "as is"
Important Notes
The 7-day window is automatically applied to all campaigns
Attribution settings cannot be customized
All attribution tracking is handled automatically by the system
