Understanding the Flows Home Screen

Your central hub for viewing, managing, and tracking all your automated SMS flows in one place.

What Is the Flows Home Screen?

The Flows Home Screen is your dashboard for all Flows. Here you can see how your flows are performing, turn them on or off, and create new ones.

It gives you a quick overview of what's working and what needs attention.


How to Access the Flows Home Screen


Step 1: Log in to your TxtCart dashboard.

Step 2: Click on "Flows" in the left sidebar under the "Messaging" section.

You'll see the main Flows Home Screen with all your information displayed.


Understanding the Flows Home Screen

Top Banner Section

At the top of the page, you'll see:

Flows Overview – A brief explanation of what flows do and how they help your business.

"How It Works" Button – Click this blue button to watch a quick video tutorial about flows.

Performance Metrics

Below the banner, you'll find key performance stats for the selected time period (default is Last 30 Days):

Flow Revenue – Total revenue generated by all your flows.

  • Shows the dollar amount and percentage change compared to the previous period.

Active Flows – Number of flows currently turned on and running.

  • Also shows how many flows are paused.

Conversion Rate – Percentage of flow messages that led to a purchase.

  • Shows percentage change compared to the previous period.

Performance Graph – A visual chart showing Sent, Clicked, and Ordered metrics over time.

Time Period Filter


Last 30 Days – Click this dropdown in the top-right to change the date range for your performance metrics.

You can select different time periods to analyze your flow performance.

Create Flow Button

"+ Create Flow" – The blue button in the top-right corner lets you create a new automation flow.

Click it to get started with templates or build a custom flow.


The Flows List

Below the metrics, you'll see a table with all your flows:

Search Flows – Use the search bar to quickly find a specific flow by name.

Filter – Dropdown to show all Flows or only active/Inactive Flows.

Name – The name of each flow (clickable to edit).

Status – Toggle switch to turn flows on (blue) or off (gray).

Trigger – The action that starts the flow (like "Subscriber Joined" or "Order Placed").

Sent – Number of messages sent by this flow.

Clicked – Number of times recipients clicked links in the flow.

Ordered – Number of purchases made after receiving the flow.

Revenue – Total revenue generated by this flow.

Cost – Total cost of sending messages in this flow.

ROI – Return on investment for this flow.

Actions – Click the three-dotted menu (•••) for additional options like viewing, editing, and cloning.


Quick Actions You Can Take

From the Flows Home Screen, you can:

  • Turn flows on or off – Use the toggle switches in the Status column.

  • View flow details – Click on any flow name to see its settings and messages.

  • Create a new flow – Click the "+ Create Flow" button.

  • Check performance – Review metrics to see which flows are driving revenue.

  • View, Edit or Clone flows – Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column.
