Managing Existing Discount Codes
Once you've created discount codes, they appear in the main table showing all your active discounts. Each discount displays its code name, what campaign or flow it's associated with (like "Cart Recovery"), the discount type, and the value.

Double-check that your new code is LIVE in Shopify
After creating a discount code in TxtCart, it's important to double-check that your new code is LIVE in Shopify to ensure customers can actually use it at checkout.
How to verify:
Navigate to your Shopify admin panel
Go to Discounts section
Search for your discount code directly using the search bar
Confirm the discount appears with the correct settings and is active
This verification step ensures the discount has been properly synced from TxtCart to your Shopify store.
Important Notes
One discount code active at a time: Only one discount code can be active at checkout per customer
Testing: Always test your discount codes before launching campaigns to ensure they apply correctly at checkout.
Unique codes required: Your discount code must be unique across your entire TxtCart account. If you attempt to use an existing code, you'll receive an error message and won't be able to save the discount.
