What payment methods do you accept?

We use Shopify payments for all billing; your bill will be paid and tracked through Shopify.

Do you charge commissions?

No, TxtCart charges are based on usage and subscription fees. Legacy clients who signed up before January 18, 2026 and are still enrolled in our old billing plan may see "Transaction fees" (aka commissions) on their bill. These fees only apply to the Checkout Abandonment flow and are entirely optional, since they can switch to commissionless billing at any time.

What are "managed campaigns"?

Managed campaigns are campaigns created and managed by a specialist (normally, a Customer Success Manager) who will plan, recommend, create, track, analyze, and report campaign performance to you directly. This service comes with our Pro and Enterprise plans only.
