If you've decided that TxtCart isn't the right fit for your business at this time, please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
Step 1: Navigate to Billing Settings
Go to Account Details in your TxtCart dashboard
Click on the Billing option
Click the Cancel Plan button
Step 2: Select Cancellation Reason
A pop-up will appear asking for your cancellation reason. Choose from the available options:
Didn't get results
Was confusing to set up
Too expensive
Wasn't what I was looking for
Just browsing
Moving to another SMS platform
After selecting your reason, click Continue Cancelling. If you change your mind at this point, you can click Keep My Subscription to maintain your current plan.
Step 3: Review What You'll Lose
A final confirmation pop-up will appear showing you what features and benefits you'll lose by cancelling your subscription:
At this stage, you have three options:
Cancel Subscription - Complete the cancellation process
Keep My Subscription - Maintain your current plan
Go Back - Return to the previous step to change your cancellation reason
What Happens After Cancellation?
Once your account is cancelled:
A red banner will display in your dashboard, highlighting that your account is cancelled
You will not be charged any recurring, service, or carrier fees while cancelled
Your plan will show as "Cancelled" on the billing settings page
You can reactivate your account at any time by upgrading to a new plan
