Settings > Account

Basic account information that you can confiqure about yourself/your business.

Settings > Company

Here you can configure your store name as well as modify the initial setup that you had done during onboarding. Change your shipping details, Return Policy information as well as consent form and choosing a person. Coming soon: Custom personas!

Settings > Messaging

Here you can setup your 10DLC phone number if you wish. This does cost a one-time fee of $19 USD. You also have the option of enabling international texting and purchasing a UK and/or AUS phone number. These have a monthly recurring cost of approx $2/mo and $6/mo respectively.

In addition, you have your Quiet hours information and settings available here along side some quick toggles for texting status, 24/48 hour follow up as well as configuring your smart sending period (coming soon).

Settings > Discounts

Here you can setup/change your discount sent to customers during the cart recovery flow. More information on that here.

Settings > Users

Here you can add users to your TxtCart account and configure their permissions.

Settings > Billing

Here you can view all the information required as it relates to invoices, plan management and data. More information on that here.
