Now TxtCart empowers brands to have much deeper levels of insights and control into their conversations with their customers.

Opened / Closed Conversations

All of your conversations live in your left panel. Filter between Open and Closed conversations effortlessly and always be able to find conversations by using our simple search. You'll notice a $ icon next to some customers. Good news, this means our Checkout Recovery flow is working wonders. These customers have been recovered and bought from your store. In addition to Open, Closed we also allow filtering for Unread as well as Recovered.


Here you will see every message we sent as well as what the customer as replied. You'll also see several events for interactions by the customer. In addition to manually typing out a message, we do offer quick replies and saved replies as well as plenty of emojis available to get your message across effectively!

Customer Details

Want to know more about the customer you're chatting with? Now you can with the right panel of customer details. Get insights directly in your SMS Inbox allowing you to link back to Shopify to manage the customer, add a note to team members, as well as some conversation insights about the customer/prospect. Bonus, you can now self unsubscribe a customer directly from Inbox!
