How do customers opt-out?

What if a customer wants to opt-out of text messages

We support all standard English-language reply messages such as STOP or CANCEL which will prevent a customer from receiving new messages from the phone number they're responding to. If someone opts out, they will have to reply to the message or manually opt-in again.
