When do you text customers?

When do my customers receive a text from TxtCart

Your customers will only receive a text message if:

  • They are in the United States, Canada, UK & Australia.

  • 20-40 minutes have passed since the customer has abandoned checkout.

  • It is between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in their respective time zones.

If you believe there is an error, or customers are not receiving texts, please first confirm they have left a valid number from one of the four above countries listed, and that more than 40 minutes have passed since they left their checkout. Our team is happy to look into your specific concern once that has been validated.

Note: Our text messages are sent at optimal times, and may be delivered anytime within a 24-hour period.
