Where to Create Discounts
You can create discounts in two places:
In TxtCart – Create them directly while building your Flow
In Shopify – Create them in your Shopify admin panel and use those Discount codes in your Flow
Note: Once a discount code is created on TxtCart, the discount will be automatically added to your Shopify Discounts in your Shopify Admin, where you can modify it.
After creating a discount code in TxtCart, it's important to double-check that your new code is Active in Shopify to ensure customers can actually use it at checkout.
Important Notes:
Always test your discount codes before launching campaigns to ensure they apply correctly at checkout.
Unique codes required: Your discount code must be unique across your entire Shopify account.
