What is Add Tag?
Add Tag is an action in Flow Builder that lets you label your subscribers. Think of tags as sticky notes that help you remember important things about each subscriber, like what they're interested in or what action they’ve taken.
Why Use Tags?
Tags help you organize subscribers so you can send them the right messages. For example:
Tag someone as "VIP Customer" to someone who has spent a considerable amount of money on your products.
Tag people who clicked a specific link
Tag subscribers based on their answers or actions
This makes it easy to create targeted audiences, track how many people have gone through a flow or specific flow step, and send tagged individuals personalized campaigns.
How to Add Tags in Flow Builder
Method 1: Drag and Drop
Find Add Tag in the Actions menu on the left
Drag it into your flow where you want it
Click on the Add Tag action to configure it
Method 2: Use the + Sign
Click the + (plus sign) between flow steps
Select Add Tag from the Actions menu
The Add Tag action will appear in your flow
Configure Your Tag:
Click Select Tag dropdown menu
Choose one or more tags from the list
Click the Add Tag button to save
