How do customers opt out?
Subscribers can unsubscribe (aka opt out) from your SMS list by simply replying "STOP" or "CANCEL" to any of your messages, which will prevent a customer from receiving new messages from your brand.
How can I unsubscribe one of my customers?
If you would like to unsubscribe a subscriber on their behalf, you have two ways to do so:
Via the Subscribers Tab:
Go to the Subscribers tab.
Use the Search box to find the subscriber by name or phone number.
Click the three-dotted icon in the Actions column (far right).
Select Opt-Out.
OR
Through your Conversations Tab: When a message has been sent to a subscriber, it will appear in your Conversations tab.
Go to your Conversations tab.
Select either the Flows or Campaigns sub-tab located above the search option.
Use the Search option to find the subscriber's conversation.
Click the Unsubscribe button on the right-side panel.
Once someone has opted-out, they will be automatically removed from your TxtCart subscriber list, so you will no longer be able to engage with them or export them on a list unless they opt in again
