If your TxtCart campaign didn't reach your entire segment, here's what might have happened:
1. Smart Sending
Most common reason: Our Smart Sending feature was active. This automatically prevents message overload by not sending to subscribers who received any message from you in the past 16 hours (including campaigns, automations, etc).
Want to reach everyone? You can select Don't Use Smart Sending on your campaign page.
2. Delivery Challenges
It's normal to see up to 10% of messages fail to deliver due to common phone-related issues:
Phones that are powered off or roaming
Disconnected numbers
Landlines (can't receive SMS)
Numbers no longer in service
Pro Tip: Keep your subscriber list clean by regularly removing invalid numbers to improve delivery rates.
