First and foremost, when you onboard to TxtCart, you will out some basic shop information. This info includes things such as

  • Shipping Carriers

  • Shipping time frame

  • Payments you accept

  • Return Policy

Outside of the provided information during this stage, we get answers from your FAQ, product descriptions or forward people to your support team (last resort). This way, we help out your customers and represent your brand correctly. A few common types of questions that we answer that delay the purchase are: shipping related, fit or measurement, and product-specific questions.

Coming soon, is the TxtCart knowledge base. With this, you will be able to add new questions/FAQ's and answers you'd like our AI & Live Agents to use when communicating with your customers. A preview of this below:
